How I Hate Sports

Unlike every other teenager, sports and games have never enticed me ever. I did play badminton and basketball for the longest time but they never peaked my interest. I have to be forced to get up and get some physical exercise. I can spend hours sitting in front of a computer screen but never go out for a run. However surprisingly, i’m fit. I guess that’s because i don’t- i cant eat sweet food but even maybe the fact that i get enough exercise moving around doing chores and daily activities. I do like swimming though, but since after the COVID 19 out break i’ve never really got the chance to swim.

Ive researched a lot about it. I’ve tried liking sports that i wouldn’t like to play, Ive tried to fit into the discussions at school about how XYZ team won the world cup or FIFA or whatever it is they call it in soccer. But i never really liked it from inside and i always felt that social disconnect (if i get a good public response to this i maybe share my social disconnect). I wouldn’t fit in because i had no idea about what my friends were talking about. But not playing sports, not going out to play soccer is FINE. As far as you’re fit and get enough exercise from daily activities and don’t eat many fats, not playing sports is fine.
