Take A Break!

Is your week dragging on and taking forever? Does it seem like Monday was two days long and now its onLy TuEsDaY?!

First things first: Take. A.Break.

Find little ways to stay motivated to take a walk each day for your break. If you normally have your second cup of coffee around 10:00 a.m. each morning, that’s a good time to take a break if you have already been working for two hours! Coffee and tea can help give you the little boost you might need to make it through the day and it is nice to have something to look forward to during a mundane day, week, or month.
