What not to do in a Museum

Little things that are best avoided in such a distinguished setting.

For an Art lover, museums are probably (next to architectural monuments) the most fascinating places in the world. In my particular case, I could spend days and days observing, admiring, or simply strolling under a silence that oozes History.

There are voices in museums that need to be heard.

As public places, museums have a series of regulations to protect their heritage and the excellent use of shared facilities for thousands of visitors. It is rare, nowadays, to go to a great museum and not find it with a healthy influx of users walking through its corridors and galleries.

It is in that fleeting moment when they remember that visit, although they would not be able to list any anecdotal feature of those paintings.

Another group of people shows symptoms of Spatio-temporal dissociation, as they mistake an art museum for one dedicated to deafness. That is why they suddenly raise…
